Production details
Phase one:
Specifics shoe lasts were developed in accordance with sizes 7B-4B-11B All woman sizes at 20mm heel hight Lasts were produced in China by an US company in business for 50 years.
They make lasts for Timberland/Skechers/Clarks.
The lasts were developed by the shoe designer Antonio Colella with the following measurements:

14mm Toe Spring
26mmToe hight
20mm Heel hight
262mm Stick Lenght
260mm Bottom Lenght
214 Ball grith
217 Waist girth
236 Instep Girth
The material of the 3 lasts is PE (Polyethilene) from Taiwan. It comes in a dry form and melted at high temperature then compressed in the wished shape to create the lasts.
Phase two:
Lasts were measured and approved by Antonio Colella for next phase.
1.-Pull over shells were measured and fit tested to garanty comfort.
2.-Pull overs shells were also re-measured and fit tested with corrections.
3.-Pull overs were approved.
Phase tree:
The construction is based is "post applied cemented", the 3 shoes have a fiberglass shank strip placed on a foot board for flexibility, they have an internal EVA wedge for support and heel hight. Removable sockliner made of Springtec an high density PU foam with supreme shock absorbing capacity. The footboard is injected with Poliyou a carbon active PU derived Foam to keep you shoes dry and odor free.
